Trust is at the heart of an ongoing, mutually beneficial relationship. Reynolds Consulting Group works on the premise that our Client's Trust must be constantly earned. To constantly earn our Client's Trust, everything we do is based on the following core principles:

Confidentiality

All Work Papers are the exclusive property of the Client. At the written request of the Client or the Client's attorney-of-record, all Work Papers will be sent overnight and then destroyed. Otherwise it is understood and agreed that we will retain these Work Papers indefinitely to further assist the Client as the need arises. At no time will we share our Work Papers with any third-party for any reason without the Client's written permission.

Transparency

Our services are easy to understand. At all times we will be open and honest with our Clients, particularly when we make recommendations that may be difficult to implement. Nothing will be done without the knowledge and approval of the Client. We will keep the Client informed of our activities in the form of written status reports and provide copies of all Work Papers and other documents that are created by our services.

We recognize that each Client has its own formal and informal organization structure. Every individual within the Client's organization has important responsibilities and will be treated with genuine respect. As the Client's organization structure changes or new individuals are assigned to a service engagement, we will quickly adapt so that the transition is seamless, and our work continues to the Client's satisfaction. As any other changes within the Client's organization occur, we will immediately conduct an evaluation and make additional recommendations where appropriate.

Privacy

The information obtained by us in our service engagements will be kept totally confidential and private between us and the Client. The information will be used only for the purpose delivering services and nothing more. The information provided by Client will never, under any circumstances, be sold or in any way given to any outside sources. It is our policy to send information by e-mail only with the permission of the recipient. Never will unauthorized e-mails be sent to our Clients or potential Clients for any reason.


Empathetic Listening

We recognize that each Client has unique challenges and needs, and each service engagement is uniquely constructed accordingly. To accomplish this, we will always strive to first understand the Client's needs, the impact that problems have on their operation, explore all the possible solutions with the Client, and reach agreement with the Client on the best set of solutions for them. During this process we will assume nothing, and our work will be totally driven by our Client's perception and prioritization of their problems.

Consumer Education

We recognize that many facets of workers' compensation risk management are complex and often confusing. We also recognize that for a Client to make decision to implement our recommendations, they must be informed and educated as to the underlying basis for recommendations. At all times we will provide our Clients with educational material to accomplish this. All educational material will be written in an easy-to-understand manner and will include Best Practice recommendations.
